Woman found dead during welfare check at residence: Police

DENVER (KDVR) — Denver police found a woman dead Wednesday night and are investigating her death as a homicide.

Officers conducted a welfare check at a residence in the 1600 block of Logan Street in the North Capitol Hill neighborhood, sometimes called Uptown, at around 8:15 p.m. Wednesday when they found the woman dead, according to a Denver Police Department X post.

Police did not say how they believe the woman died but said her death is being investigated as a homicide…
