BROOMFIELD, Colo. — Police in Broomfield are investigating after hot dogs laced with methamphetamine were repeatedly found in a family’s yard, sickening multiple dogs, racking up thousands of dollars in veterinary bills, and ultimately, prompting the homeowner to consider moving.
The incidents began in November 2025, when Jillian Frank’s mother discovered suspicious food on the patio of her Broomfield home.
