LAKEWOOD, Colo. (KDVR) — Nearly a year after a homeless encampment near 6th Avenue and Wadsworth Boulevard in Lakewood was cleared, tents and trash have returned and neighbors say it’s worse than ever.
Joyce Wells, a nearby resident, described the hazards she’s seen firsthand.
