Planned Xcel Energy pre-Passover power outage delayed

DENVER — Seder plates, matzo ball soups, apple matzo kugel, brisket dinners and plentiful desserts are prepped. About a thousand Passover meals are in the refrigerator and freezer at Hebrew Educational Alliance ahead of Wednesday night’s seder.

“Our freezers are filled to the max, and that’s not including anything that’s sitting out either,” caterer Albert Cohen said.
