DENVER (KDVR) — Roughly six months after Denver announced a major plan to revive downtown, the vision for one of its most prominent properties is already evolving.
Last September, city leaders revealed plans to purchase the Denver Pavilions along the 16th Street corridor — with a focus on bringing in high-end retail and filling long-vacant storefronts.
