WHEAT RIDGE, Colo. (KKTV) – A man was sentenced to 14 years in prison in connection with a DUI crash that took the life of one and injured two others in 2025 in Wheat Ridge.
On October 17, 2025, around 7 p.m., the First Judicial District Attorney’s Office said Wheat Ridge police officers responded to a crash involving four vehicles on eastbound Highway 58.
Officials said a vehicle driven by Cesar Hernandez-Sanchez was traveling westbound at more than 70 miles per hour when it struck another vehicle head-on, causing a chain reaction involving other vehicles…
