Little Man Ice Cream is about to put its name on a lot more doors. The hometown brand is consolidating several of its sibling scoop shops under the flagship Little Man label, a move that will change storefronts across Denver and Fort Collins. The rebrand will touch Sweet Cooie’s in Congress Park, The Constellation in Central Park, and Old Town Churn in Fort Collins, with owner Paul Tamburello steering the rollout as the company sharpens its identity while growing beyond the original LoHi milk-can location.
Which shops are changing
All three affected spots are already listed as part of the Little Man family on the company’s locations page, where Sweet Cooie’s, The Constellation, and Old Town Churn appear alongside other neighborhood outposts. According to Little Man Ice Cream Company, the business runs multiple branded concepts plus a production and tasting facility that keeps scoops flowing across the Front Range. Pulling a few of those sister shops under one shared Little Man name is meant to give the neighborhood locations…..
