Coming across a large, dark shape tucked beneath a tree near a fence is not the sort of thing most people expect to see while taking in a peaceful stretch of nature. But that is exactly what happened to one Good Samaritan passing through Evergreen, Colorado.
At first, he assumed it was just some ordinary object and kept going. Then he caught the slightest bit of movement. That small sign of life drew him in, and as he got closer, he realized the figure was alive and caught in the fencing.
To his amazement, it was a trapped baby animal, struggling and clearly in need of help.
