Lennar Corp., doing business as Lennar Iowa LLC, has acquired 12 residential building lots in West Des Moines, Polk County real estate records show.
Lennar, the nation’s second-largest homebuilding company, paid Savanah Development LLC just over $1 million for the lots in Cross Creek, a plat in southeast West Des Moines.
