West Des Moines Woman Pleads Guilty in Warren County Identity Theft Case

A West Des Moines woman has pleaded guilty in a Warren County identity theft case stemming from fraudulent purchases made at an Indianola auto parts store.

According to court records filed Monday, 36-year-old Jacqueline Louise Walker pleaded guilty to an aggravated misdemeanor charge of identity theft under $1,500. As part of the plea agreement, Walker agreed to a two-year prison sentence to be served consecutively to her current term of incarceration, along with an $855 fine, court costs, surcharges, and restitution.
