- Classic Holdings 1850 LLC, located in Ankeny, acquired property at 2410 SW White Birch Drive from DRA Properties LC for $3.4 million. The 1.6-acre parcel includes a 14,207-square-foot neighborhood shopping center that was built in 2018. The property is valued at $2.9 million. The transaction was recorded July 21.
- JJR Holdings LLC and SRM Holdings LLC, both located in Ankeny, acquired property at 2405 SW White Birch Drive from DRA Properties LC for $3.5 million. The 1.1-acre parcel includes a 14,531-square-foot neighborhood shopping center that was built in 2021. The property is valued at $3.4 million. The transaction was recorded July 21.
JJR Holdings is managed by Joshua Moulton; SRM Holdings is managed by Seth Moulton. Classic Holdings 1850 shares the same mailing address as SRM Holdings, records show. The Moultons are brothers who previously owned Classic Builders, which they sold to D.R. Horton in late 2018.
