West Des Moines’ expansion project at the MidAmerican Energy RecPlex, named the City of West Des Moines Events Center, will be home to the Casey’s Ice Rink once completed, city officials said Monday.
Casey’s agreement with the city includes a $1 million commitment to support the event center expansion while also securing naming rights to the rink.
