WEST DES MOINES, Iowa — A new ice rink could help with a shortage of ice time in the metro.
MidAmerican Energy RecPlex in West Des Moines is in the process of expanding, with a new Event Center currently under construction, as well as the addition of a third sheet of ice.
Casey’s has purchased the naming rights, providing $1 million for the project.
