A skydiver who crashed in a field south of Knoxville was taken to a Des Moines trauma center in critical condition, according to a release from the Knoxville Fire Department.
Personnel from the department, along with Knoxville police and the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, were dispatched to the crash at 11:22 a.m. on Saturday.
