A Norwalk man is facing a felony burglary charge following an alleged attempted break-in at a storage trailer in June.
According to a criminal complaint filed by the Norwalk Police Department, 18-year-old Jaiden Edward Hull is charged with third-degree burglary, a Class D felony. The alleged incident occurred June 18th at a parking lot along Highway 28 in Norwalk.
The complaint alleges Hull and two other people attempted to break into a locked semi-trailer using a large tool, with the intent to steal fireworks. Police say the trailer was being used for storage and was not attached to a vehicle. According to the complaint, the group damaged the trailer door along with the padlock guard and partially opened the door.
