’90s Country Hitmaker Announces ‘The Holiday Road Tour,’ Kicking Off in December

Sara Evans is hitting the road again this winter forthe TheHoliday Road Tour. The country star will kick off her 10-city tour Dec. 2 in Cranston, Rhode Island, before wrapping up Dec. 18 in Des Moines, Iowa. Pit stops along the way include Albany, Green Bay, and Des Moines.

The Holiday Road Tourhas become an annual tradition during the December holiday season for the singer-songwriter. The shows treat fans to classic Evans hits, like her chart-topping “Born to Fly” and “A Little Bit Stronger,” as well as holiday favorites, all performed with her live band.

North Carolina native Braden Hull, a former firefighter who’s quickly making his mark on Nashville, will be on hand for support.

Evans’ road to Nashville stardom began with a demo of Buck Owens’ “I’ve Got a Tiger by the Tail,” which caught the attention of legendary songwriter Harlan Howard back in the ’90s. She then signed with RCA Nashville and released her debut album, Three Chords and the Truth, in July 1997
