ALTOONA, Iowa — Charges have been filed for the two people police say were involved in a shooting on an on-ramp to Interstate 80 in Altoona.
According to court records, 19-year-old Ismael Osman Ismael and 21-year-old Marton Fulton have been charged in connection with the shooting. Ismael faces two counts of attempted murder and one count of intimidation with a dangerous weapon – injure/provoke fear. Fulton faces charges of forgery, fourth-degree theft, dominion/control of firearm/offensive weapon by felon, eluding, interference with official acts, and several traffic violations…
