DES MOINES, Iowa – Awintry mix that hit central Iowa overnight led to slick spots and worsened road conditions for parts of the state. A semi-truck was stuck for hours overnight, closing part of the Interstate 35 ramp at First Street in Ankeny. Authorities were still in that area after 6 a.m. Tuesday, but traffic was moving.
