Missing Iowa man’s car spotted out of state, police say

WINTERSET, Iowa (WHO) — Winterset Police said on Wednesday that a missing man’s vehicle has been spotted out of state.

On Jan. 18 officers conducted a welfare check at Joshua Graham-Caskey’s home after an incomplete 911 call was received from his phone number. Graham-Caskey was not at home and neighbors told officers they saw his vehicle leaving the home right before officers arrived at the scene. The following day, Graham-Caskey was entered into Iowa NCIC as a missing person due to concerns for his safety.
