INDIANOLA, Iowa – A Des Moines man faces numerous charges following an incident Thursday during which authorities say he fled from officers after a road rage incident. Sagar Bhandari, 23, of Des Moines, was involved in the incident around noon Thursday in the 1200 block of North Jefferson Way in Indianola, according to a news release from Indianola police.
