DES MOINES, Iowa — The Des Moines City Council is expected to approve a $3.3 million bid for the fourth and final phase of the Ingersoll Avenue Streetscape Project during their city council meeting Monday night.
Construction started on the Ingersoll Avenue Streetscape Project in 2020. The only part of the project left is between 28th and 31st streets.
If the city council approves the bid at Monday night’s meeting, construction can start this spring.
Construction for the final phase of the Ingersoll Avenue Streetscape project is expected to finish in the summer of 2025.
