ANKENY, Iowa – Fareway Stores, Inc. officials say its latest donation to DMACC isn’t just a gift, it’s an investment in its own future. The company gave $100,000 toward DMACC’s new $9 million Transportation Institute this week. Workers broke ground on the 8,600-square-foot facility last fall on the north side of Des Moines.
