DMACC partners with the Bureau of Refugee Services, the Evelyn K. Davis Center, and Iowa WORKS, for CDL Jumpstart.

Dave Spencer, a Program Specialist at the DMACC Transportation Institute, said that CDL Jumpstart takes students from all different backgrounds and cultures.

“It’s really cool when you can have people that come from other places, other cultures, and multiple cultures at the same time and be able to come together around one topic and one solution that’s going to help them in their future and facilitate their success through our program here at DMACC,” Spencer said.

April 2024 registration is open for CDL Jumpstart. To learn more visit DMACC’s website .
