The Dallas County Sheriff’s Office has issued its report. Donnie Scigliano, 24, from Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for not appearing in court. He was originally charged with domestic abuse assault, eluding, and illegal possession of dangerous weapons.
John Whitten, 50, also from Des Moines, was arrested on a similar warrant for not appearing in court. He was initially charged with driving with a denied, suspended, cancelled or revoked license.
Sonya Gordon, 36, from Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Amir Majidi, 25, from Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for third-degree burglary and second-degree robbery.
Scott Hyde, 51, from Big Bear City, California, was summoned to appear in court for possession of drug paraphernalia and a controlled substance.
In a separate event, Jerry Osburn from Panora was in a car accident on Dexfield Road. He drove into a ditch at the 310th Street intersection. Dallas County EMS treated Osburn at the scene. His vehicle sustained about $15,000 in damages. As is standard, all defendants are considered innocent until proven guilty.
