DES MOINES, Iowa – A 26-year-old man was killed in a crash Friday night in Des Moines on the city’s south side. Police say the 26-year-old motorcyclist was going southbound on SW 9th Street around 8:15 p.m. He crashed into the passenger side of an SUV that was going westbound on Payton Avenue.
