POLK COUNTY, Iowa — A road rage incident in Polk County resulted in a shooting Friday evening.
Victim testifies during trial for lawsuit against Urbandale Schools
At around 5:30 p.m. the Polk County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a gunshot victim at the intersection of NE 14th Street and NE Broadway Avenue. When first responders arrived on scene they found one victim suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the arm.
According to the sheriff’s office, the shooting was the result of a road rage incident. Both parties involved in the shooting have been taken into custody.
No additional information has been released.
