SHELDON-Two Des Moines residents face drug-related charges following a traffic stop about 5:55 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 28, in Sheldon. The arrest of 61-year-old Frank Raymond Tolliver Jr. and 37-year-old Tiffany Ryan Huffaker stemmed from the stop of a 2007 Pontiac G6 for equipment violations on Highway 18/Park Street near 34th Avenue in Sheldon, according to the Sheldon Police Department.
