CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — Two men have been charged in a standoff that lasted roughly 11 hours at the Chelsea Apartments near McGrath Amphitheatre Wednesday night into Thursday morning.
Christopher Kern, 49, of Grimes, is facing a slew of charges including three counts of attempted murder of a peace officer.
