An 18-year-old Ames man has been arrested for allegedly shooting a person outside a Casey’s gas station early Wednesday morning.
The Ames Police Department was notified of a gunshot victim at Mary Greeley Medical Center around 12:30 a.m. The victim was treated and released, according to an Ames PD press release.
Officers, after a preliminary investigation, were able to determine that a shooting occurred at the Casey’s at 3218 Orion Dr. That particular gas station is a few hundred yards north of Walmart, just off Grand Avenue…
