Black Cat Ice Cream opens its second location Tuesday in Valley Junction.
Flashback: Tuesday also marks the 10th anniversary of owner Alex Carter beginning to make ice cream at local farmers markets, he tells Axios.
- The business operated in the former Gas Lamp building downtown before moving to the Drake neighborhood in 2019.
On the menu: About a dozen daily flavors, including cream cheese lemon cake, blueberry pancake, and the spicy killer bee ice creams.
- Their classic nugs and banana pudding are also up for grabs.
