DES MOINES, Iowa — The Des Moines Police Department is asking for help locating a missing teen Tuesday night, according to an alert.
14-year-old Ella was reportedly last seen in the 2500 block of E. 41st Street in the Sheridan Gardens neighborhood shortly before 5 p.m.
