Moline man charged with forgery, identity theft in Iowa insurance fraud case

DES MOINES, Iowa — A Moline man is facing felony charges in Iowa following an investigation by the Iowa Insurance Division’s Fraud Bureau.

Dennis Flaherty, 74, of Moline, Illinois, has been charged with one count of forgery, a Class D felony, and three counts of identity theft, Class C felonies.
