(Adair Co) A Winterset man was arrested on June 30th on an Adair County warrant for Theft 4th Degree.
The Adair County Sheriff’s Office says 39-year-old Justin Carl Bush was charged following a theft on June 8th at Ace Hardware in Greenfield. Bush allegedly took a dehumidifier from the shelf and walked out the side door and then entered through the front door requesting a refund, which was issued. He also placed a Forney Easy Welder between the two front doors and picked it up as he exited the store without paying. The total value of the items was $724.19…
