Iowa sure does love their pickles! According to a new study from the grocery ordering service Instacart, the Hawkeye State is one of the top five states that orders pickles the most.

When it comes to states that love pickles, the Midwest absolutely dominates. The majority of the top states with the most pickle orders are located in the middle of the country, and, yes, that does include Iowa! Here’s a rundown of the top ten, based on which states have the highest order rate compared to the national average:
- North Dakota – +68.2%
- South Dakota – +67.6%
- Wisconsin – +66.8%
- Iowa – +55.6%
- West Virginia – +54%
- Vermont – +50.3%
- Mississippi – +49.7%
- Minnesota – +45.6% (tie)

- Kansas – +39.7%
