DES MOINES, Iowa — The Iowa Department of Public Safety partnered with the Iowa Department of Corrections this past week to host an intensive “Train the Trainer” course.
The four-day training featured expert instructors from the Federal Department of Justice’s Bureau of Prisons, who shared best practices in training facilitation, lesson plan development and classroom management.
