Iowa schools seek help from Des Moines high school on cellphone ban

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – Schools across Iowa have established their own policies for cell phone use in the classroom this year.

This follows a new state law that went into effect that restricts public school students from using their cell phones during instructional time.
