The Harrison County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office is pursuing a First Degree Harassment Charge against a Des Moines man who is accused of making threatening Facebook posts about and text messages to current employees of his former employer. The probable cause statement filed states 37-year-old Anthony Headley of Des Moines was also told by the manager to stop messaging employees and was banned from the property. The complaint filed says the accused stated that he would be on the property in the future. The complaint filed for Felony First Degree Harassment against Headley says he sent threatening text messages and posted threatening posts on Facebook to Confidential Victims and caused emotional distress for the victims earlier this month.
