WEST DES MOINES, Iowa — Bar Louie in the Jordan Creek Town Center quietly closed this weekend as the national gastropub chain restructures in the face of bankruptcy.
Bar Louie filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in March, according to court documents. As part of the filing, Bar Louie listed “underperforming or unprofitable” restaurants it planned to close; the West Des Moines location was not among them.
