Federal law enforcement presence at Des Moines mobile home park Friday morning

DES MOINES, Iowa — A large law enforcement presence was visible at a southeast Des Moines mobile home park Friday morning, and at least one person was taken into custody.

Sgt. Paul Parizek, Public Information Officer for the Des Moines Police Department, confirmed to WHO 13 that there were federal agents in the area of Ewing Trace Mobile Home Park at 4201 Windsor Place.

The entrance to the mobile home park was blocked off by an Iowa State Patrol Trooper for a few hours before multiple ISP vehicles and unmarked law enforcement vehicles left the area…
