DES MOINES, Iowa — Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC) is pressing pause on its plans to sell the Evelyn K. Davis Center. Last month, school officials said they needed to sell the community resource center due to funding challenges.
DMACC was supposed to hold a public forum on Wednesday, Oct. 8, to discuss the sale of the center. The meeting was canceled as the college reconsiders its plans for the space.
