DES MOINES, Iowa — An Iowa family is seeking help in locating their missing teenage daughter.
14-year-old Alexis Rose Kostka has been missing from Cedar Rapids since Oct. 5, according to the Iowa DCI Missing Person Information Clearinghouse website.
