Authorities and family members are again seeking the public’s help in locating a teen with north Iowa connections.
The family of 14-year-old Alexis Kostka says she has again gone missing. As of 3 pm Monday (10.13), she has been missing for eight days.
In a Facebook post, Kaitlynn Johnston says “Alexis was placed in a mental/behavioral health facility in Cedar Rapids, but managed to escape. She does not have her medication, which is a major safety concern.”…
