A West Des Moines man was arrested for an alleged incident in Jefferson in April.
According to court documents, on April 26th, a Jefferson Police Officer responded to a call of a stolen vehicle from a parking lot of a business. Surveillance footage from the business matched the description that an employee told the officer that looked suspicious about the same time as the vehicle went missing.
