A West Des Moines woman was arrested Wednesday after allegedly threatening two West Des Moines women outside their residence.
Shanea Brenay Fowler, 28, of 8925 Cascade Ave., West Des Moines, was charged with two counts of assault-violation of individual rights.
The incident occurred Oct. 20 about 8:45 p.m. at a residence in the 8900 block of Cascade Avenue, where Fowler stopped her vehicle, rolled down her window and allegedly began to “verbally attack” the victims “with homophobic statements, name calling and threats,” according to court records…
