A West Des Moines woman staying in a garage at a residence southeast of Baxter has been sentenced to prison for possession of methamphetamine and marijuana. The Jasper County Sheriff’s Department filed two separate cases against 37-year-old Glenda Ann Randall. Court documents say a Jasper County Deputy who took Randall into custody on July 30th for a parole violation warrant, found her sitting at a table in the garage on North 67th Avenue West, with a bag containing methamphetamine and marijuana. The arrest report says the amount of methamphetamine recovered weighed just over 15g. Then on August 4th, jailers, acting on a tip from another female inmate, found a plastic baggie containing .35g of methamphetamine in Randall’s cell.
