ALTOONA, Iowa — At 100 years old, Charles Kellogg is still as sharp as he was in the 1940s — back when he served as a paratrooper in World War II.
“Hit all the countries. France and Germany and Belgium, and Luxembourg,” Charlie recalled of his time overseas.
