PRIMGHAR—A 40-year-old Waukee man has been arrested for the second time on a charge of assault on persons in certain occupations.
Daniel Ray Coonfield initially was arrested Friday, Oct. 10, on an O’Brien County warrant for assault on persons in certain occupations — intent of injury stemmed from him punching a jailer for the O’Brien County Jail in Primghar about 1 p.m. Monday, May 26, according to the sheriff’s office.
