A second suspect was recently arrested for an alleged incident that happened in a home in Minburn.
According to court documents, the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office Deputy found evidence after obtaining a search warrant for the cell phone of another individual, Logan Steadman of Perry, who was charged with a felony and a misdemeanor for alleged burglary and theft of checks and cash from a former employer. The deputy found that a second suspect, 19-year-old Nalleli Ajualip of Schuyler, Nebraska, was seen conspiring with Steadman to steal the checks and have her forge them.
Court documents show that during a phone interview with Ajualip, she admitted to entering the victim’s home on October 31st as well as Steadman and she stole the checks, but didn’t know anything about stealing money.
