A Des Moines man was arrested on a Dallas County warrant Wednesday in connection with a September incident in which he allegedly raped an Indianola woman.
Floyd Rodgers, 51, of 3405 Washington Ave., Des Moines, was charged with third-degree sexual abuse and assault with intent to commit sexual abuse-bodily injury.
According to court records, the incident occurred Sept. 4 in rural Dallas County, where Rodgers allegedly “took the victim’s wrist and pulled her into the garage” and then “took the victim by her shoulders pushed her to the ground” and “forced her to perform a sex act,” according to court records…
