Iowa cashes in on $400K+ Menards settlement

IOWA (KCAU) — Siouxland states are set to cash in as part of a settlement with the home improvement chain Menards.

The Wisconsin-based business will pay a total of $4.25 million in penalties because of how it advertised it’s 11% rebates and proof of price gouging during the pandemic.
